DoW Requisitioning or Federal Supply System (MILSTRIP/FEDSTRIP): This purchasing method is recommended for U.S. military activities using approved DoW requisitioning systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, GCSS-MC, Air Force ILS-S, Navy ERP, R-Supply, or successor systems) and may be used by eligible federal government agencies that have an approved requisitioning method, a valid DoDAAC or Activity Address Code, appropriate funding, and authorization to use the applicable supply source. DoW activities generally use MILSTRIP/DLMS transactions; non-DoW federal agencies may use FEDSTRIP or other authorized GSA ordering methods. GSA Note: The Hawker® ARMASAFE™ Plus 6TAGM battery is not offered under the EnerSys® GSA contract.
